- With more than 30 years of hands-on experience, David has amassed a myriad of HR competencies, in employment law, workplace safety, employee benefits, labor relations, organizational development, FMLA and more.
His experience includes local government, transportation, aviation, retail, healthcare, banking, insurance, and both single-site and multi-site operations. He also has experience working in Canada, Mexico, and the EU.
His work includes buiding HR operations from scratch, as well a refining more mature departments where he has streamlined processes and procedures.
In addition to his professional experience, David holds the prestigious SHRM-SCP designation from the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as a Masters Degree in HR Management (Keller Graduate School of Management). He is also completing his PhD in Law & Public Policy (Liberty University).
